The mobile unit offers driver’s license renewal, registration renewal, as well as the chance to turn in license plates. Duplicate licenses can also be obtained and information, such as names and addresses, can be updated. Non-driver IDs can also be obtained as well as placards for disabled or military veteran drivers.
The mobile unit also offers the public the chance to apply for examination permits to take the written driving test, although the test will not be administered by the mobile unit.
The unit will be at Roselle Park Borough Hall, 110 East Westfield Ave., in the rear parking lot from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, July 12.
